A fully furnished room is available for short-term rent in LLN.

📅 Rental period: From the beginning of July until the end of August.

📌 The exact move-in date is flexible and can be discussed.

📌 If you only need a room for the month of August, don’t hesitate to send me a message, we can discuss the possibility of a shorter rental period.

💰 Rent: €400 per month (Includes everything)

• Fully furnished and ready to move in

🏠 House amenities:
• Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Cooking utensils provided (you are welcome to use my personal kitchenware)
• The room is located on a floor shared by 5 people, but the other residents will be away during the summer, making it a very quiet and peaceful environment.
• House cleaning every Wednesday.

📍 Location:
• 5–10 minutes from the city center and shopping areas
• 5 minutes from SPAR supermarket
• 10 minutes from the train station
